Why twice a year is better in Florida
Our systems run most of the year in heat and humidity. That means more operating hours, more condensate, and more opportunity for a drain line or coil to foul than a system in a four-season climate would ever see.
Most of the emergency calls we take are things a tune-up would have caught — a weak capacitor, a drain starting to clog, a coil losing capacity to dirt. Those are cheap in March and expensive in July.
On the barrier island, coil rinsing alone genuinely extends equipment life. It is one of the few maintenance items that pays for itself outright.
What a visit covers
Coil cleaning, condensate drain clearing and float switch check, electrical connections and capacitor testing, refrigerant charge verification, filter check, airflow, thermostat operation, and a straight report on anything that is starting to go.
The two plans
Seasonal — $15/month: one maintenance visit per year, priority scheduling, and discounted repairs.
Premium — $25/month: two maintenance visits per year, priority scheduling, and discounted repairs.
Which one makes sense depends mostly on the age of your system and whether you are on the island. Call and we will tell you honestly which we would put you on.
