One person, start to finish

Every job is done by Logan, the owner. No subcontractors, no sales team, no technician who has never seen the house before showing up with a quote someone else wrote. The person who diagnoses the problem is the person who fixes it and the person who stands behind it.

Practically, that means the recommendation you get is the one we would make on our own house. We tell you when a repair is worth doing and when it is not, and we do not push replacements on systems that have years left.

What residential work covers

Diagnosis and repair on all major brands, system replacement with proper sizing, annual or twice-yearly maintenance, ductwork, humidity and airflow problems, and heat pump service.

Condos come with their own constraints — association rules, shared walls, limited placement for outdoor equipment. We work within them rather than around them.

Ox Air & Heat, LLC is licensed and insured in Florida under certification #CAC1824751 and EPA 608 certified for refrigerant handling. Ask any contractor for their license number before they touch your system.
